Your order will be posted to you by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be packaged and posted. I am a small batch candle pourer but I aim to get your candle to you as quickly as possible.

If your product is damaged or has any faults I will happily give you a full refund or arrange a replacement to be sent to you. This must be within 14 days of delivery and photographic evidence will be needed.
